By visiting our site and/ or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/ or contributors of content.

Please read these Terms of Service carefully before accessing or using our website. By accessing or using any part of the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the website or use any Services. If these Terms of Service are considered an offer, acceptance is expressly limited to these Terms of Service.

Any new features or tools which are added to the current store shall also be subject to the Terms of Service. You can review the most current version of the Terms of Service at any time on this page. We reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and/or changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to the website following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and Services to you.

SECTION 1: ONLINE STORE TERMS

By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you are the age of majority in your state or province of residence and you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site.

You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).

You must not transmit any worms or viruses or any code of a destructive nature.

A breach or violation of any of the Terms will result in an immediate termination of your Services.

SECTION 2: GENERAL CONDITIONS

We reserve the right to refuse Service to anyone for any reason at any time.

You understand that your content (not including credit card information), may be transferred unencrypted and involve (a) transmissions over various networks; and (b) changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks.

You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service or any contact on the website through which the Service is provided, without express written permission by us.

The headings used in this agreement are included for convenience only and will not limit or otherwise affect these Terms.

SECTION 3: ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS AND TIMELINESS OF INFORMATION

We are not responsible if information made available on this site is not accurate, complete or current. The material on this site is provided for general information only and should not be relied upon or used as the sole basis for making decisions without consulting primary, more accurate, more complete or more timely sources of information. Any reliance on the material on this site is at your own risk.

This site may contain certain historical information. Historical information, necessarily, is not current and is provided for your reference only. We reserve the right to modify the contents of this site at any time, but we have no obligation to update any information on our site. You agree that it is your responsibility to monitor changes to our site.

SECTION 4: MODIFICATIONS TO THE SERVICE AND PRICES

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.

We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.

We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.

SECTION 5: PRODUCTS OR SERVICES (if applicable)

Certain products or Services may be available exclusively online through the website.

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate.

We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or Services that we offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at anytime without notice, at the sole discretion of us. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Any offer for any product or Service made on this site is void where prohibited.

We do not warrant that the quality of any products, Services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the Service will be corrected.

Please inspect your order promptly upon receipt and notify us as soon as reasonably possible of any missing, incorrect or defective products, including concerns about quality, packaging or delivery condition. To process any claim, customers must provide their order number and reasonable supporting evidence, including photographs where applicable. Nonna Lia reserves the right to request additional information or documentation reasonably necessary to investigate a claim. The determination of whether a product is missing, incorrect, or defective shall be made at Nonna Lia's sole and absolute discretion, subject to applicable law. Where a claim is approved, Nonna Lia may offer an appropriate remedy, including replacement of the affected product or a refund of the amount paid for it.

Nothing in this section limits any rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

SECTION 6: ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Purchases of cakes in 6", 8" or 10" formats can be cancelled and refunded if the cancellation request is received and acknowledged by Nonna Lia by 5PM EST two calendar days prior to the pickup/delivery date.

Purchases of all other products, including Tiramisù Boxes, Semifreddo Boxes, Gelato Bars, Accessories and Home Goods, can be cancelled and refunded if the cancellation request is received and acknowledged by Nonna Lia by 10AM EST the day prior to the pickup/delivery date.

A $10 CANCELLATION FEE MAY APPLY REGARDLESS OF WHEN THE CANCELLATION IS REQUESTED. This charge covers basic administrative and payment processing fees, which are not recoverable by Nonna Lia.

CANCELLATIONS REQUESTED AFTER THE APPLICABLE DEADLINE MAY RECEIVE A REFUND OF NO MORE THAN 50% OF THE ORDER VALUE.

This section does not apply to Catering Orders, which are governed by Section 10 below.

SECTION 7: ORDER MODIFICATIONS

Requests to modify an existing order, including changes to quantity, format, flavour, pickup/delivery date, time window, or delivery address, must be sent and acknowledged by Nonna Lia by 10AM EST the day prior to the pickup/delivery date. A modification is not confirmed until it has been acknowledged by Nonna Lia.

THE FIRST ACKNOWLEDGED MODIFICATION TO AN ORDER WILL BE MADE AT NO CHARGE. A $10 CHARGE WILL APPLY TO EACH SUBSEQUENT MODIFICATION OF THE SAME ORDER.

This section does not apply to Catering Orders, which are governed by Section 10.

SECTION 8: NO SHOWS

Customers placing pickup orders must specify their preferred pickup time window, date, and location before proceeding to checkout. Orders will be held at the selected location starting from the earliest time of the chosen pickup window and will remain available for 36 hours. Customers may collect their orders during regular business hours within this period. If an order is not collected within 36 hours, it will be deemed a “no show.”

In such cases, the products will be removed and NO REFUNDS, CREDITS, COMPENSATION, OR SUBSTITUTIONS WILL BE ISSUED FOR NO SHOWS.

For Catering Orders, the pickup terms in Section 10.13 apply instead.

SECTION 9: MISSED DELIVERIES

Nonna Lia does not take responsibility for a delivery that cannot be completed for reasons outside of its control, including an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout, restricted or unavailable building access, missing or incorrect contact information in the shipping address, or the absence of a person able to receive the order within the selected delivery window.

NO REFUNDS, CREDITS, OR COMPENSATION WILL BE ISSUED FOR MISSED DELIVERIES. Where a further delivery attempt can be scheduled, A $20 RE-DELIVERY CHARGE WILL APPLY and must be paid before the new delivery is confirmed.

Nonna Lia cannot guarantee the quality or condition of any order left unattended at the customer's request, and no refund or replacement will be issued in those cases.

For Catering Orders, the delivery terms in Sections 10.6 and 10.7 apply instead.

SECTION 10: CATERING, EVENT AND SPECIAL ORDERS

10.1 When this section applies. This section applies to catering, event and special orders (“Catering Orders”). A Catering Order is any order that includes one or more of the catering items listed on our Catering page (https://nonnalia.ca/pages/catering), and any other order that Nonna Lia explicitly specifies as a Catering Order, including any order confirmed through a quote or invoice issued by Cisio Holdings Limited, operating as Nonna Lia. At the date of these Terms, catering items include:

(a) Slabs, in Half and Full sizes;

(b) Tiramisu Towers;

(c) Party Size, in 220ml and 350ml formats;

(d) Grande Cake (18"); and

(e) Bouquet Cake (18").

Where this section conflicts with Sections 6 to 9, this section applies to Catering Orders. The “Event Date” is the scheduled pickup or delivery date shown on your order confirmation or invoice.

10.2 Deposits and payment. For Catering Orders confirmed by quote or invoice, a 50% deposit is required to confirm and reserve the Event Date. The remaining 50% is due no later than 7 days before the Event Date. If the balance is not paid by then, we may cancel the order and the deposit will be forfeited. Orders placed fewer than 7 days before the Event Date must be paid in full at booking. Catering Orders paid in full at online checkout are treated as having paid both the deposit and the balance.

10.3 Cancellations. Cancellation requests must be made in writing to ciao@nonnalia.ca and take effect on the date we acknowledge them.

(a) 21 days or more before the Event Date: the deposit is refunded, less a $25 cancellation fee. If you have paid in full, the remaining balance is also refunded.

(b) 20 to 8 days before the Event Date: the deposit (50% of the order value) is forfeited. No remaining balance is due, and any balance already paid is refunded.

(c) 7 days or less before the Event Date: the full order amount is due. No cancellations, refunds or quantity reductions are permitted.

Cancellation fees reflect costs we incur once an order is booked, including reserved production capacity, scheduled staff, ingredients purchased for the order and other bookings declined for the same date. Approved refunds are returned to the original method of payment.

10.4 Rescheduling. Requests to change the Event Date must be made in writing and are subject to availability. If you ask 8 days or more before the Event Date, one date change is permitted at no charge, as long as the new date is within 6 months of the original Event Date, and your deposit transfers to the new date. A change requested 7 days or less before the Event Date is treated as a cancellation under Section 10.3, unless we agree otherwise in writing. If a new date is not confirmed within 30 days of your request, the order is treated as cancelled as of the date of your original request. Pricing for a rescheduled order may be adjusted to our menu prices in effect on the new date.

10.5 Order modifications. Final order details, including quantities, flavours, products, delivery information and timing, must be confirmed no later than 7 days before the Event Date. Quantity reductions within 7 days of the Event Date are not permitted. Other changes requested within 7 days are not guaranteed and may be declined based on production capacity, staffing, ingredient availability or delivery logistics. Any approved late change may be subject to additional charges.

10.6 Delivery. We will provide a scheduled delivery time or delivery window. You are responsible for making sure someone is physically present to receive the order at the confirmed delivery location. Please provide the recipient’s name and phone number in advance and make sure our driver can reach them throughout the delivery window. Our driver will wait a maximum of 10 minutes after arrival, then may leave to complete other scheduled deliveries. We will make reasonable efforts to arrange a second delivery attempt; however: (a) same day redelivery is not guaranteed; (b) your original delivery time or event schedule is no longer guaranteed; and (c) additional delivery charges may apply. Failure to receive an order at the agreed location and time does not qualify the order for a refund.

10.7 Address changes, access and parking. You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address in advance. Address changes requested on the Event Date are subject to a $30 change fee plus any difference in delivery charges, depend on driver availability and route feasibility, and are not guaranteed. If a revised address cannot reasonably be accommodated, delivery will remain scheduled to the originally confirmed address.

You must provide all information reasonably required to complete the delivery, including loading dock instructions, unit or floor numbers, concierge requirements, access codes, parking instructions, venue contact details and any venue restrictions. Any parking, valet, loading or access fees required to complete the delivery may be charged to you unless otherwise agreed in writing. Delays caused by inaccessible loading areas, incorrect instructions, unavailable contacts, building restrictions, elevators, security or other venue related issues may affect the delivery time.

10.8 Event and venue coordination. Unless specifically included in your order, delivery does not include event coordination, table setup, cake cutting, plating, serving, cleanup, refrigeration, décor installation, or moving venue furniture or equipment. You are responsible for confirming that your venue permits the products and services ordered, and for telling us about any venue requirements before the Event Date.

10.9 Setup and acceptance. Where setup is included in your order, you or your venue must provide a suitable, cleared, stable and accessible area. Once an order has been delivered and accepted by you, your venue, planner, caterer or another authorized representative, responsibility for the products transfers to the recipient.

10.10 Rentals and returnable items. Some orders include items that must be returned, such as insulated bags or glassware. These items remain the property of Nonna Lia and are your responsibility from delivery until they are collected by or returned to us. Missing items, and items damaged beyond normal wear, will be charged at their repair or replacement cost as noted on the invoice. Late returns may be subject to additional fees, and we may require a separate refundable security deposit for returnable items.

10.11 Refrigeration and food handling. Many of our products require refrigeration. We recommend that products spend no more than 30 minutes at room temperature. If they need to be out longer, please speak with us before your event. After delivery or pickup, you and your venue are responsible for appropriate storage, refrigeration, handling and service. We are not responsible for deterioration, melting, damage, contamination or food quality issues resulting from improper storage, extended exposure to heat, transportation by the customer, or handling after the order has been delivered or picked up.

10.12 Allergies and dietary requirements. You must inform us of any allergies, intolerances or dietary requirements when placing your order. Our kitchen handles a variety of allergens, including but not limited to milk, eggs, wheat (gluten), soy, peanuts, tree nuts and sesame. While we take reasonable precautions, WE CANNOT GUARANTEE THAT ANY PRODUCT IS FREE FROM ALLERGEN CROSS-CONTAMINATION UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES, including products labelled as vegan, gluten-free or made without specific allergens. Customers with severe allergies should carefully consider these risks before placing an order.

10.13 Customer pickup. Pickup Catering Orders must be collected during the confirmed pickup window. If an order is not collected during that window, we will make reasonable efforts to contact you and will hold the order until the end of that business day. Orders not collected by then are forfeited and no refund will be issued. Once collected, you are responsible for transportation, refrigeration, storage and handling, and we are not responsible for damage that occurs after the order leaves our premises.

10.14 Delays outside our control. Circumstances outside our reasonable control may delay a delivery, including severe weather, traffic accidents, road closures, building or venue restrictions, operational reasons, and emergencies. If this happens, we will keep you informed and make reasonable efforts to complete the delivery as soon as practicable. If the delivery cannot be completed at all, Section 10.15 applies.

10.15 Cancellation by Nonna Lia. If we are unable to fulfil a Catering Order, for example because of severe weather, road closures, power or equipment failure, public health orders or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control, we will notify you as soon as practicable. You may then choose either a full refund of all amounts paid for the affected order or a rescheduled date, subject to availability. This refund is the extent of our liability for an order we are unable to fulfil.

10.16 Limitation of liability. The disclaimer of warranties and limitation of liability provisions in Section 18 apply to Catering Orders, including claims involving event disruption, lost profits or venue charges, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

10.17 Confirmation. Payment of the deposit, or of the full order amount at checkout, confirms that you have read and accept these terms and your order details. You are responsible for reviewing all information on your order confirmation or invoice, including the Event Date, products, quantities, pickup or delivery method, delivery address and timing, and for telling us promptly about any errors. If these terms conflict with a written agreement signed by Nonna Lia for a specific event, the signed agreement prevails.

SECTION 11: ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. If we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e‑mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

For more details, please review our Refund Policy: https://nonnalia.ca/policies/refund-policy

SECTION 12: OPTIONAL TOOLS

We may provide you with access to third-party tools over which we neither monitor nor have any control nor input.

You acknowledge and agree that we provide access to such tools ”as is” and “as available” without any warranties, representations or conditions of any kind and without any endorsement. We shall have no liability whatsoever arising from or relating to your use of optional third-party tools.

Any use by you of the optional tools offered through the site is entirely at your own risk and discretion and you should ensure that you are familiar with and approve of the terms on which tools are provided by the relevant third-party provider(s).

We may also, in the future, offer new Services and/or features through the website (including the release of new tools and resources). Such new features and/or Services shall also be subject to these Terms of Service.

SECTION 13: THIRD-PARTY LINKS

Certain content, products and Services available via our Service may include materials from third-parties.

Third-party links on this site may direct you to third-party websites that are not affiliated with us. We are not responsible for examining or evaluating the content or accuracy and we do not warrant and will not have any liability or responsibility for any third-party materials or websites, or for any other materials, products, or Services of third-parties.

We are not liable for any harm or damages related to the purchase or use of goods, Services, resources, content, or any other transactions made in connection with any third-party websites. Please review carefully the third-party's policies and practices and make sure you understand them before you engage in any transaction. Complaints, claims, concerns, or questions regarding third-party products should be directed to the third-party.

SECTION 14: USER COMMENTS, FEEDBACK AND OTHER SUBMISSIONS

If, at our request, you send certain specific submissions (for example contest entries) or without a request from us, you send creative ideas, suggestions, proposals, plans, or other materials, whether online, by email, by postal mail, or otherwise (collectively, 'comments'), you agree that we may, at any time, without restriction, edit, copy, publish, distribute, translate and otherwise use in any medium any comments that you forward to us. We are and shall be under no obligation (1) to maintain any comments in confidence; (2) to pay compensation for any comments; or (3) to respond to any comments.

We may, but have no obligation to, monitor, edit or remove content that we determine in our sole discretion to be unlawful, offensive, threatening, libelous, defamatory, pornographic, obscene or otherwise objectionable or violates any party’s intellectual property or these Terms of Service.

You agree that your comments will not violate any right of any third-party, including copyright, trademark, privacy, personality or other personal or proprietary right. You further agree that your comments will not contain libelous or otherwise unlawful, abusive or obscene material, or contain any computer virus or other malware that could in any way affect the operation of the Service or any related website. You may not use a false e‑mail address, pretend to be someone other than yourself, or otherwise mislead us or third-parties as to the origin of any comments. You are solely responsible for any comments you make and their accuracy. We take no responsibility and assume no liability for any comments posted by you or any third-party.

SECTION 15: PERSONAL INFORMATION

Your submission of personal information through the store is governed by our Privacy Policy, which can be viewed here: https://nonnalia.ca/policies/privacy-policy

SECTION 16: ERRORS, INACCURACIES AND OMISSIONS

Occasionally there may be information on our site or in the Service that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, product shipping charges, transit times and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions, and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information in the Service or on any related website is inaccurate at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order).

We undertake no obligation to update, amend or clarify information in the Service or on any related website, including without limitation, pricing information, except as required by law. No specified update or refresh date applied in the Service or on any related website, should be taken to indicate that all information in the Service or on any related website has been modified or updated.

SECTION 17: PROHIBITED USES

In addition to other prohibitions as set forth in the Terms of Service, you are prohibited from using the site or its content: (a) for any unlawful purpose; (b) to solicit others to perform or participate in any unlawful acts; (c) to violate any international, federal, provincial or state regulations, rules, laws, or local ordinances; (d) to infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others; (e) to harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, disparage, intimidate, or discriminate based on gender, sexual orientation, religion, ethnicity, race, age, national origin, or disability; (f) to submit false or misleading information; (g) to upload or transmit viruses or any other type of malicious code that will or may be used in any way that will affect the functionality or operation of the Service or of any related website, other websites, or the Internet; (h) to collect or track the personal information of others; (i) to spam, phish, pharm, pretext, spider, crawl, or scrape; (j) for any obscene or immoral purpose; or (k) to interfere with or circumvent the security features of the Service or any related website, other websites, or the Internet. We reserve the right to terminate your use of the Service or any related website for violating any of the prohibited uses.

SECTION 18: DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES; LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

18.1 Website. We do not guarantee, represent or warrant that your use of our Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free.

You agree that from time to time we may remove the Service for indefinite periods of time or cancel the Service at any time, without notice to you. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we will refund the amount paid for it, unless the cancellation results from your breach of these Terms, including non-payment, a fraudulent or unauthorized payment, or a breach of Section 11 or 17. In that case, any refund is governed by the section that applies to your order, including Sections 6 and 10.

Except as expressly stated in these Terms, the website and its content are provided “as is” and “as available”.

18.2 Excluded losses. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nonna Lia and its directors, officers, employees and agents are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential loss, including lost profits or revenue, event or venue costs, or loss of data, arising from the website, any product or any order.

18.3 Your statutory rights. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any warranty, condition, right, remedy or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including under the Consumer Protection Act, 2002 (Ontario) and the Sale of Goods Act (Ontario). The product quality and missing-item provisions in Section 5 remain applicable, subject to those rights.

18.4 Liability cap. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, and subject to any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, Nonna Lia’s total aggregate liability arising from or relating to any order, product or Service, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), misrepresentation or otherwise, shall not exceed the amount actually paid to Nonna Lia for the order giving rise to the claim.

18.5 Exceptions. Sections 18.2 and 18.4 do not apply to death or personal injury caused by Nonna Lia’s negligence, to fraud, gross negligence or wilful misconduct, or to any liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

18.6 After pickup or delivery. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Nonna Lia is not responsible for loss, deterioration, melting, contamination or damage to products to the extent caused by improper transportation, refrigeration, storage or handling after the products have been delivered or collected, including improper handling by the customer, event venue, recipient or a courier arranged by the customer. This does not exclude any liability of Nonna Lia that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for its own acts or omissions. Where Nonna Lia arranges delivery through a third-party courier, our liability for loss or damage occurring in transit is limited to replacing the affected products or refunding the amount paid for them, provided you report the issue to us, with photographs, within 1 hour of delivery.

SECTION 19: INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Nonna Lia and our parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, officers, directors, agents, contractors, licensors, Service providers, subcontractors, suppliers, interns and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable legal fees, made by any third-party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms of Service or the documents they incorporate by reference, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third-party.

SECTION 20: SEVERABILITY

In the event that any provision of these Terms of Service is determined to be unlawful, void or unenforceable, such provision shall nonetheless be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and the unenforceable portion shall be deemed to be severed from these Terms of Service, such determination shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any other remaining provisions.

SECTION 21: TERMINATION

The obligations and liabilities of the parties incurred prior to the termination date shall survive the termination of this agreement for all purposes.

These Terms of Service are effective unless and until terminated by either you or us. You may terminate these Terms of Service at any time by notifying us that you no longer wish to use our Services, or when you cease using our site.

If in our sole judgment you fail, or we suspect that you have failed, to comply with any term or provision of these Terms of Service, we also may terminate this agreement at any time without notice and you will remain liable for all amounts due up to and including the date of termination; and/or accordingly may deny you access to our Services (or any part thereof).

SECTION 22: ENTIRE AGREEMENT

The failure of us to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms of Service shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

These Terms of Service and any policies or operating rules posted by us on this site or in respect to the Service constitutes the entire agreement and understanding between you and us and governs your use of the Service, superseding any prior or contemporaneous agreements, communications and proposals, whether oral or written, between you and us (including, but not limited to, any prior versions of the Terms of Service), except that a written agreement signed by Nonna Lia for a specific event prevails as described in Section 10.17.

Where Nonna Lia and a wholesale customer have entered into a separate written wholesale supply agreement, that agreement governs the relevant wholesale transactions to the extent of any conflict with these Terms of Service.

Any ambiguities in the interpretation of these Terms of Service shall not be construed against the drafting party.

SECTION 23: GOVERNING LAW

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.

SECTION 24: CHANGES TO TERMS OF SERVICE

You can review the most current version of the Terms of Service at any time at this page.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check our website periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to our website or the Service following the posting of any changes to these Terms of Service constitutes acceptance of those changes.
