Can I walk-in for purchase or do I need to pre-order?

You can walk in to purchase regular Tiramisu boxes, Semifreddo, and gelato bars. Larger cakes (6”-10”) need to be pre-ordered 24 to 48 hours in advance (prior to 3:30pm). Give us a call or send us a text if you are in a rush, we are always happy to see if we can make some magic happen

I pre-ordered, when can I come pick-up?

If you ordered a 6”, 8”, or 10” cake the email confirmations will provide with a pickup time for your desired location. If you ordered regular boxes and they are in stock, you may be able to pickup as soon as the store is open. You can always give us a quick call or send us a text to confirm before making your way to the store (our phone number is in the footer)

Do your desserts contain alcohol, gelatine, or other pork derivatives?

Most of our desserts do not contain gelatine or other pork derivatives. Two exceptions include: (1) the Semifreddo al Torrone, which contains bovine (beef) gelatine, and (2) the “Marsala Wine” flavour, which contains a touch of fortified wine

Are your desserts vegan or gluten free?

Currently most of our desserts are not vegan or gluten free. That being said, you can indulge in our strawberry dark chocolate gelato bars (these are vegan & gluten free) or the lemon gelato bars (these are gluten free but not vegan)

Do your desserts contain eggs? Can I eat them if I am pregnant?

Our Tiramisu and Semifreddo contain raw eggs. While we pasteurize our eggs for the safety and peace of mind of our customers, we would not recommend eating Tiramisu or Semifreddo if you are pregnant. Good news, you can still indulge in our wonderful gelatos!

I no longer need my order, can I cancel to get a refund?

If you purchased the 500ml boxes of our Tiramisú, Semifreddo, or Gelato Bars, we can refund your order if the request is sent 1 day before the pickup/delivery date. If you purchased one of the larger cakes (6”-10”) we can refund your order if the request is sent 3 days before the pickup/delivery date. Since we incur fees when processing your orders, a $10 charge will apply to all cancellations. In addition, no refunds will be provided for orders that do not follow the time guidelines provided above.
