Pickup is available at our flagship location, 337 Oakwood Ave.

Delivery is available across the GTA for a $20 flat fee. Due to their size and fragile nature, Weddings & Events products are not eligible for free delivery. Enter your postal code at checkout to see available delivery windows.

* At Nonna Lia, our desserts are crafted by hand using shared equipment that also processes gluten, nuts, eggs, dairy, mustard, sesame, wheat, and soy. While we take every precaution to minimize cross-contamination, we must inform you that we cannot guarantee an allergy-free environment for those with severe allergies.

Every event order is made fresh for you. Please plan ahead:

• Changes: Final quantities, flavours, delivery details and timing must be confirmed by email to ciao@nonnalia.ca at least 7 days before your event. Later changes depend on capacity and may carry extra charges.
• Rescheduling: Email us at least 8 days before your event to move it once, free of charge, to any date within 6 months. Within 7 days, a date change is treated as a cancellation.
• Cancellations: 21 days or more before your event, full refund less a $25 fee. 20 to 8 days before the event, 50% refund. 7 days or less, no refund. Requests take effect once we confirm them by email.
• Delivery: Someone must be at the address to receive your order, and our driver waits up to 10 minutes. Missed deliveries aren’t refunded; same-day redelivery isn’t guaranteed and extra charges may apply. Same-day address changes are $30 plus any difference in delivery cost.
• Pickup: Collect your order during your confirmed pickup window. Orders are held up to 36 hours and can’t be refunded.
• Keep it cold: Refrigerate right away. We recommend no more than 30 to 45 minutes at room temperature.
