Everything is made fresh to order for you. Please plan ahead:

  • Changes: Updates to date, time, address, contact details, flavour or quantity must be confirmed by 10 a.m. the day before. Your first change is free; each additional change is $10.
  • Cancellations: Must be confirmed by 10 a.m. the day before your pickup or delivery. A $10 cancellation fee may apply. Cancellations past this deadline may receive a refund of no more than 50% of the order value.
  • Pickup: Orders are held for 36 hours from the start of your pickup window. No refund will be provided for uncollected orders.
  • Delivery: Please double-check your address and building access, and ensure the recipient on file is home during the selected time window. Missed deliveries will not be refunded. Re-delivery will incur a $20 fee (if possible).
